We stock a good range of stylish equipment, our stock includes classic white crockery, cutlery, glassware, serving dishes, table linen and a lovely selection of vintage items, we even do bed linen and towels, we have great contacts for larger items of equipment such as tables, chairs and refrigeration, the list goes on and is ever increasing.

A Bit of a Do is a small local family business, we aim to treat every event as if it were our own, based in Weston Newark, we are ideally located to serve Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire and beyond. Many of our existing customers are outside catering companies, bespoke venues, marquee companies, wedding planners, restaurants and bars. We are more than happy to supply customers that are planning their own events

Our bespoke service caters for your individual requirements, providing you with a personalised quotation. We carry a good quantity of stock to ensure we can cover any event, large or small. Whether it’s a wedding, intimate dinner party or an extravagant celebration, relaxed garden party a corporate event or a funeral tea we can supply all you will need for the occasion.
We can offer you the Complete Package for any event or just a few extra plates
All equipment is delivered or made available for collection sparkling clean and wrapped, at your convenience, our prices include a full wash up service – one less thing for you to worry about
We’re also happy to offer our organisational skills, staff and equipment to make organising the entire event easier for you by offering what we believe to be a unique table setting service whereby we will not only provide the equipment we will also set the tables ready for the event if required.
